Drug Screening Consent

AAFP requires a pre-employment drug screening as well as periodic random drug screenings for all employees operating company vehicles. Consent to perform drug screenings is a requirement for employment at AAFP.

Additionally, we will drug screen if there are any accidents or injuries occurring while on the job or operating a motor vehicle or if we suspect drug or alcohol use.

Drug screening may occur at the office or may be performed at a chosen Drug Screening Facility. If a failed drug screening occurs at our office, you may be required to submit to a second drug screening at a chosen Drug Screening Facility.

Failed drug screenings will result in termination of employment.

By signing below, you consent to pre-employment, random and suspicious behavior drug screenings requested of you during your employment at AAFP.
